jl3 ph Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jl3 ph ("jl3 ph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at jl3ph.best. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jl3 ph or any affiliated company.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law, court order, or self-exclusion agreement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jl3 ph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Accounts that cannot demonstrate eligibility will be suspended and any funds may be withheld pending investigation. Age verification is taken seriously at jl3 ph — we do not make exceptions.

Each person may hold only one (1) jl3 ph account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances held within those accounts.

When registering at jl3 ph, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. jl3 ph may require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or UMID.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3 ph login credentials.
• You must not share your account username or password with any other person.
• Any activity conducted through your jl3 ph account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify jl3 ph support immediately at support@jl3ph.best.
• jl3 ph will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any such request is fraudulent — report it immediately.

All financial transactions on the jl3 ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jl3 ph does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals at jl3 ph:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks via InstaPay and PESONet
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Philippine banks

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at jl3 ph is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit, subject to the payment provider's own limits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jl3 ph account within one minute of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via PESONet may take up to one banking day.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal from your jl3 ph account is ₱100. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are processed by jl3 ph within one hour of request submission on any day of the week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on banking days. jl3 ph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method associated with the same name as your verified jl3 ph account.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jl3 ph will not send funds to accounts not registered in your own name.
• jl3 ph may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made but not wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee before withdrawal to prevent payment system abuse.

All sports bets placed on the jl3 ph platform are subject to the following rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant market on the platform:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed on the jl3 ph system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal, chat, or unconfirmed bets are not binding.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to your wager. jl3 ph does not change odds after a bet has been confirmed.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to live odds and are confirmed only when the system accepts them. In cases of significant network delay, bets may be rejected if the event has progressed materially.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. jl3 ph reserves the right to settle markets based on results from competition organisers.
• Void bets (excluding void legs in accumulators) have stakes returned. Void legs in accumulators are treated as non-runners and the accumulator continues with reduced legs.
• jl3 ph covers PBA (all three conferences), NBA, UAAP and NCAA Philippines basketball, Philippine Volleyball League (PVL), and select international events involving Filipino athletes. Available markets for each event are displayed in the betting interface.
• jl3 ph reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., decimal odds below 1.01 that are clearly a system error) will be corrected and affected bets voided, with stakes returned to the relevant jl3 ph accounts.

All live casino games and JILI slot games available on jl3 ph are provided by third-party gaming software suppliers. The rules, odds, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game supplier and are displayed within each individual game.

• All JILI slots at jl3 ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every spin outcome is independently generated and verifiably random.
• Live casino games at jl3 ph are conducted by real human dealers in purpose-built studios. The video stream is for display purposes and results are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling of real game equipment.

• Wagering requirements: Each jl3 ph bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. JILI slots contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion. Live casino table bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all for certain promotions — check the specific offer terms.
• Bonus validity: All jl3 ph bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus amounts and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiry.

• jl3 ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Players who have already accepted an offer will have their in-progress wagering respected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl3 ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one jl3 ph account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate any game, live casino outcome, or sports event in any way, including match-fixing, collusion with dealers or other players, or exploitation of software errors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the jl3 ph platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, funding terrorism, or using jl3 ph for any financial crime whatsoever.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or on behalf of a prohibited person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl3 ph staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any jl3 ph software, content, or intellectual property.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through arbitrage betting strategies in a manner that exceeds normal player behaviour and is designed to exploit jl3 ph's pricing.

jl3 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the platform.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
• Your voluntary request to close your account, including self-exclusion requests under the jl3 ph Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected misconduct, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes no misconduct occurred, any withheld balance will be returned in full. If misconduct is confirmed, jl3 ph reserves the right to forfeit balances in accordance with applicable law.

You may close your jl3 ph account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jl3ph.best. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated Philippine payment method within 5 banking days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests and compliance with KYC requirements.

jl3 ph is committed to responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulty with their gambling behaviour. The following tools and resources are available to all jl3 ph account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders or forced logouts after a defined playing session duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl3 ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jl3 ph content without prior written authorisation from jl3 ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3 ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the jl3 ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from your own failure to safeguard your jl3 ph account credentials.
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contained technical errors.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.

jl3 ph's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days. Nothing in these Terms limits jl3 ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jl3 ph collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering at jl3 ph, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl3 ph will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, gaming software suppliers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the jl3 ph platform and compliance with Philippine law. jl3 ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl3 ph will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a notification on the jl3 ph platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jl3 ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the effective date of the amendment. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is shown at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute between you and jl3 ph relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any transaction conducted through jl3 ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
